Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu Airport and Transfer to hotel: You will arrive at Kathmandu international airport, our representative will received and greet you and transfer you to designated hotel, first overnight at hotel, (A).

Day 02: Kathmandu Sight Seeing: After having breakfast at hotel, we will take to Visit two World Heritage listed religious sites in the morning, the Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa,, then to Kathmandu Durbar Squire to see the Kumari- the Living Godess and many more and to Monkey temple in the end and will return to hotel and overnight at hotel, (A, B).

Day 03: Kathmandu – Bhaktapur – Dhulikhel: After having breakfast at hotel, we will check out fromm hotel and start tour of Patan City, the city of fine arts and one of the three queen cities of the Kathmandu valley, visit Durbar Square, Krishna Mandir, and Mahavihar-Golden Temple of Lord Buddha built in the 12th century in Patan then drive to Bhaktapur and visit the ancient city of Bhaktapur, the third major town in the valley, after visiting the Bhaktapur, we will drive to Dhulikhel which flourished as a trading centre handling commerce between Kathmandu and Lhasa, you will have stunning Himalayan views and sunset over the Himalayas and overnight at hotel, ( A, B).

Day 04: Dhulikhel – Nagarkot: you will have excellent sunrise views then have hot breakfast and take an excursion to peaceful Thundikhel for a short hike uphill to the Bhagavati Temple for views over the surrounding area then drive to Nagarkot for beautiful sunset views ad overnight at hotel, (A, B).

Day 05: Nagarkot – Pokhara: you will have early sunrise view over the Himalayas and have hot breakfast then drive to Kathmandu airport for a flight to Pokhara, transfer to hotel, check into the hotel and  will have some time to visit the town and streets, overnight at hotel, ( A, B)

Day 06:  Pokhara Tour: we will take to see the sunrise view from Sarangkot in the morning and return to hotel and have breakfast and boat at phewa lake and hike to Peace Stupa, have great views of the Lake and the Pokhara city including great Himalayas and hike down to Devis Falls, visit the Cave, a Tibetan refugee camp and return to hotel and over night at hotel, (A, B).

Day 07: Pokhara – Chitwan: After having breakfast, we depart for Chitwan that takes about 5 hours by private vehicle, check in to the hotel and on arrival, a guest briefing will take place, then lunch and tharu village tour and overnight at Hotel, ( A, B, L, D).

Day 08 : Chitwan Jungle activities: There will be plenty of opportunities to view the Park’s wildlife today, with bird watching, elephant safaris, jungle walks, Rhinos, deer, monkeys, and elephants can be found, and you may be lucky enough to see a leopard or Bengal tiger, tharu Cultural program in the evening and overnight at hotel, ( A, B, L, D).

Day 09: Chitwan – Kathmandu: Take a sunrise safari before breakfast then have breakfast and Leave the Park and transfer to the Chitwan airport for a flight to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and will have free time and farewell dinner with cultural program and overnight at hotel, (A, B, D).

Day 10: Depart Kathmandu: transfer to Kathmandu international flight to you next destinations.

Tour Equipment

Tour Equipment : You do not need to have many types of equipment for tours holiday in Nepal like you need for the trekking, climbing, hiking and rafting holiday, All you need to bring for this tour is simply some comfortable clothes. In addition, you can also bring the personal items of your choice if you feel comfortable to carry them, the list of the equipment that you need for this tour is:

  • Duffle or Rucksack bag or suitcase
  • Day pack
  • Warm wool or synthetic hat that covers your ears (only if you are traveling in the cold season like January, February and December)
  • Goggles or sunglasses for sunbeam dust and wind.
  • A neck warmer is another piece of gear for extra warmth if you feel you will need it and is for cold season like January, February and December. (Optional)
  • 1 pair warm gloves (This is required, if you are traveling in cold seasons like January, February and December).
  • T-shirts
  • Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell jacket (preferable if you are traveling in rainy season from June to September.)
  • 1 pair cotton pants (loose jeans/khakis), 1 pair shorts.
  • 2 pairs lightweight long underwear/thermals (if you are traveling in winter January, February and December).
  • Some pairs of liner socks, synthetic.
  • 1 pair light camping shoes or sneakers.
  • 1 pair sandals (Optional).

  • Toiletry kit. Be sure to include hand wipes, and liquid hand sanitizer.

The electricity is available in most of our holidays and in the cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Palpa, Lumbini, Chitwan, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel and in some of the villages on our trekking holiday, hiking holiday, climbing holiday and home stay trekking where you can re-charge your mobile phone and camera batteries, not all in all places of our trekking so, we advise you to have spare batteries when you do the trekking, hiking, home stay and climbing holidays  and there is not electricity available on our camping adventure trekking holiday so, you need to have enough spare batteries when you do those trips.


We offer professional licensed tour guide on all our sightseeing holidays and there will be local nature guide in the Jungle tours, rafting guide for the river holidays and there will be trained trekking guide (handles the logistics and guide you and your team on the trek)  on our trekking holidays, hiking holiday and adventure holiday and a Sherpa when there are 10 or more members in the group and porters to carry your luggage and there will be 1 porter for 2 members and a porter will carry about 20kg means 10 KG from each trekker and we will provide licensed climbing guide for climbing holidays.

The Wonderful Environment of the Himalayas is also an extremely fragile one. Increasing population density and numbers of travelers threaten the very beauty of Nepal. At Escape Nepal, we are extremely conscious about the environment and aim to minimize our impact as much as possible. As deforestation is one of the greatest environmental threats we face in this region, we do not encourage camp fires and encourage use of kerosene for cooking as an alternative fuel to wood. We also discourage trekkers from using wood-fuelled hot showers in lodges along the way. Many lodges, however, now have solar hot showers, a far more eco-friendly alternative.

Garbage disposal is another major problem and some of the busier trails can, at times, appear strewn with litter for miles. Our staff members are well motivated towards eco-friendly practices. We carry out all our garbage, apart from that which can be safely and easily burnt at the campsite. Our aim is to help protect and preserve this beautiful environment for future generations of trekkers to enjoy and we advise the same to you to keep the garbage on proper site and take return those with you to homes which are Non- biodegradable.

We at Escape Nepal would like to requests the following things and to be a responsible tourist:

  • Leave only footprints and take only photographs.
  • Use designated routes, campsites and resting places to reduce trampling and other negative environmental impacts.
  • Respect local culture and traditions, use home stays, locally owned hotels/ lodges or campsites as much as possible to support the local livelihood.
  • Avoid/ minimize using firewood. Use common space for heating. Opt for alternatives to minimize deforestation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Use the litter box locally available. Carry back your own garbage while traveling through ecologically sensitive areas.
  • Encourage to place mobile toilets at a considerable distance from sources of water, river banks and springs while camping along the river sides.
  • Use the services of local guides and porters as much as possible to explore more about local environment and culture.
  • Money spent here will contribute directly to the local livelihood, women’s empowerment and environmental conservation.
