Trip Overview
Nepal Tibet tour is the best-combined tour of two Himalayan countries Nepal and Tibet (autonomous region of China). The tour is for 14 days, and you explore Nepal that includes Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan national park and Tibet Lhasa and its cultural heritage.
The Nepal Tibet tour starts with visiting historical monuments in Kathmandu that includes Swoyambhunath stupa and Patan durbar squire. Both of these monuments are listed in UNESCO world heritage and have a lot of stories and history behind them.
You travel to Pokhara and the Pokhara is a magical land as it houses some of the ornate historical landmarks that the world has ever seen. The soothing waters of Fewa Lake and the sky-piercing peaks of Annapurna Himalaya ranges are to die for, but shrouded in mystery is the religious temples. You visit Bindhyabasini temple, Sarangkot viewpoint, hiking to Naudada, World peace pagoda, Devi’s falls, and Gunteshwar cave. You also do a boat at Phewa Lake and visit the Barahi temple. After Pokhara, you travel to Chitwan National park for a wildlife tour. The jungle activities in the park include jungle walking, jungle safari, and canoe ride. And, return to Kathmandu and take a full-day tour of Bhaktapur durbar squire before flying to Lhasa.
You fly to Lhasa from Kathmandu and spend three nights and two full days in Lhasa, where you visit many cultural monuments that include Potala Palace, Sera monastery, Drepung monastery, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor market. Tibet is a cultural city where you can also experience the culture, lifestyle, and traditions of local people. After a tour in Lhasa, return to Kathmandu to take a return flight home.
