Detail Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive to Kathmandu, Transfer to hotel and overnight at hotel: When you arrive in Kathmandu airport, you will be received by our representative and transfer to one of the luxury hotel and check in to the hotel, evening free, and overnight at hotel. (A, L, D)

Day 02: Everest Experience flight and sightseeing Tour: Quite early in the morning,  we will take for the one hour Scenic Himalayan Flight over the Himalaya and return to hotel for the breakfast then we will take you for sightseeing tour in Kathmandu as Kathmandu is the historical and cultural hub of Nepal. The city Kathmandu presents a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and western influence. You will have half day sightseeing tour of the UNESCO heritage sites which are Kathmandu Durbar squire and Swoyambhunath- the Monkey Temple- transfer to Hotel and overnight at hotel, (A, B, L, and D).

Day 03: Fly to Pokhara- overnight at luxury hotel at Pokhara: After having breakfast at hotel in Kathmandu, You take a 30 minutes flight to Pokhara. On reaching Pokhara, you will be received by us then transfer to hotel, free time and go for boating at Phewa Lake in the make afternoon, overnight at hotel. (A, B, L, D).

Day 04: Heli tour to Annapurna Base Camp/Afternoon sightseeing in Pokhara: After having early breakfast at hotel, you will take an exciting helicopter ride to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m), one of the most famous trekking destinations in the world. The Heli tour offers panoramic views of the Annapurna, Machhapuchhare (Fishtail) Peak and Hiunchuli. As you leave Pokhara, the valley's lakes, namely Begnas, Rupa and Phewa, look like jewels from up above. The approach to Annapurna Base Camp opens up with a spectacular view of the Annapurna Sanctuary with high glacial basin flanked by the snowy peaks of Annapurna I, II, III and IV and the fish tail spire of Machhapuchhare. After landing at the Annapurna Base Camp, you will be given ample time to take pictures and explore a bit, before the return flight, After returning from the flight you will visit Bidhyabasini Temple, Devi’s fall, cave and Tibetan Settlements and overnight at luxury hotel, (A, B, L, and D).

Day 05: Flight from Pokhara to KTM – and transfer to Nagarkot: After having breakfast at hotel, we will transfer to Pokhara Airport for the flight to Kathmandu, received from Kathmandu airport and transfer to Nagarkot- walking around there- sunset view and overnight at hotel, (A, B, L, and D).

Day 06: Nagarkot - Kathmandu: We will have sunrise view over the Himalayas in the morning and will have hot breakfast, and you have options to experience of few hours hiking/trekking if you prefer to Chagunarayan or we drive Bhakapur, visit the historical city of the Bhaktapur and transfer to Kathmandu- overnight at hotel. ( A, B, L, D).

Day 07: Transfer to airport for your departure: We are confident that you’ve enjoyed one of the best holidays ever & will go back home with lasting memories of this amazing country. Tour Equipment

Tour Equipment : You do not need to have many types of equipment for tours holiday in Nepal like you need for the trekking, climbing, hiking and rafting holiday, All you need to bring for this tour is simply some comfortable clothes. In addition, you can also bring the personal items of your choice if you feel comfortable to carry them, the list of the equipment that you need for this tour is:

  • Duffle or Rucksack bag or suitcase
  • Day pack
  • Warm wool or synthetic hat that covers your ears (only if you are traveling in the cold season like January, February and December)
  • Goggles or sunglasses for sunbeam dust and wind.
  • A neck warmer is another piece of gear for extra warmth if you feel you will need it and is for cold season like January, February and December. (Optional)
  • 1 pair warm gloves (This is required, if you are traveling in cold seasons like January, February and December).
  • T-shirts
  • Waterproof (preferably breathable fabric) shell jacket (preferable if you are traveling in rainy season from June to September.)
  • 1 pair cotton pants (loose jeans/khakis), 1 pair shorts.
  • 2 pairs lightweight long underwear/thermals (if you are traveling in winter January, February and December).
  • Some pairs of liner socks, synthetic.
  • 1 pair light camping shoes or sneakers.
  • 1 pair sandals (Optional).
  • Sunscreen.
  • Toiletry kit. Be sure to include hand wipes, and liquid hand sanitizer.

The electricity is available in most of our holidays and in the cities like Kathmandu, Pokhara, Palpa, Lumbini, Chitwan, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel and in some of the villages on our trekking holiday, hiking holiday, climbing holiday and home stay trekking where you can re-charge your mobile phone and camera batteries, not all in all places of our trekking so, we advise you to have spare batteries when you do the trekking, hiking, home stay and climbing holidays  and there is not electricity available on our camping adventure trekking holiday so, you need to have enough spare batteries when you do those trips.


We offer professional licensed tour guide on all our sightseeing holidays and there will be local nature guide in the Jungle tours, rafting guide for the river holidays and there will be trained trekking guide (handles the logistics and guide you and your team on the trek)  on our trekking holidays, hiking holiday and adventure holiday and a Sherpa when there are 10 or more members in the group and porters to carry your luggage and there will be 1 porter for 2 members and a porter will carry about 20kg means 10 KG from each trekker and we will provide licensed climbing guide for climbing holidays.

We offer porters to your main luggage on our trekking holiday, hiking holiday, some stay treks and adventure holidays, you simply carry a day pack with water bottle, camera, sun-screen, spare jacket, etc. - a small load that allows full enjoyment of the trekking. A trek bag is ideal for your main luggage, plus a small lockable bag for travel clothes and anything that you do not need during trek which you can leave at hotel’s locker room/safe deposit box in Kathmandu for free of charge. Weight allowance at Nepal’s domestic airlines is 15 Kg; excess weight is chargeable at USD 1 or more per Kilo depending on sectors and a porter will carry up to 20 KG and there will be 1 porter for each 2 trekkers which mean 10 KG form each and if you will be planning for longer trek and need to bring much stuff then you might need extra porter as well.

When you have tours holidays in Nepal then the luggage is not a problem as our vehicle will drive from one place to other places.


The Wonderful Environment of the Himalayas is also an extremely fragile one. Increasing population density and numbers of travelers threaten the very beauty of Nepal. At Escape Nepal, we are extremely conscious about the environment and aim to minimize our impact as much as possible. As deforestation is one of the greatest environmental threats we face in this region, we do not encourage camp fires and encourage use of kerosene for cooking as an alternative fuel to wood. We also discourage trekkers from using wood-fuelled hot showers in lodges along the way. Many lodges, however, now have solar hot showers, a far more eco-friendly alternative.

Garbage disposal is another major problem and some of the busier trails can, at times, appear strewn with litter for miles. Our staff members are well motivated towards eco-friendly practices. We carry out all our garbage, apart from that which can be safely and easily burnt at the campsite. Our aim is to help protect and preserve this beautiful environment for future generations of trekkers to enjoy and we advise the same to you to keep the garbage on proper site and take return those with you to homes which are Non- biodegradable.

We at Escape Nepal would like to requests the following things and to be a responsible tourist:

  • Leave only footprints and take only photographs.
  • Use designated routes, campsites and resting places to reduce trampling and other negative environmental impacts.
  • Respect local culture and traditions, use home stays, locally owned hotels/ lodges or campsites as much as possible to support the local livelihood.
  • Avoid/ minimize using firewood. Use common space for heating. Opt for alternatives to minimize deforestation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Use the litter box locally available. Carry back your own garbage while traveling through ecologically sensitive areas.
  • Encourage to place mobile toilets at a considerable distance from sources of water, river banks and springs while camping along the river sides.
  • Use the services of local guides and porters as much as possible to explore more about local environment and culture.
  • Money spent here will contribute directly to the local livelihood, women’s empowerment and environmental conservation.
  • Before you begin your journey we request you to abide by the above guidelines in order to safeguard the nature and culture of the area and be a responsible tourist.
